The project
Elite Event Caterers are an Asian catering company that take pride in tantalising taste and quintessential quality. Elite needed more digital presence and social growth, so we optimised their social media management and worked on their SEO (search engine optimisation). We also did professional photography to capture their elegance of their services.
What Snob Monkey did
To engage with their current audience, as well as attract new customers, we took over their social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. With Elite’s key objectives in mind, we ran multiple social media campaigns targeting their audience of Asian couples/ families looking for venues to celebrate weddings, anniversaries or birthdays etc.
In relation to photography, we took multiple professional shots of the venue, as well as their services in action to further promote their business. The aim of these pictures is to build a better rapport with their target audience and promote their services.
With regards to SEO, it was important to keep in mind their target audience as well as their high class status. Elite tasked us with recovering all organic traffic and to improve rankings for their primary keywords in relation to the hospitality sector.
Results
The vast amount of photography we carried out helped massively both for Elite’s website and their social media in attracting new customers. Elite have a gallery showing the uniqueness of their venues, catering and décor as well as their social media such as Instagram to show off their services.
Moving on to Elite’s social media, they started off with 900 followers but now have 2,348 and counting. Their twitter started off with 300 followers but now have 513. On Facebook, they started with 500 and now have 954.
Their organic website traffic has varied greatly. By taking into account a wide range of metrics, internal and external links, we managed to generate impressive results within the span of a year.
