You could do this by giving them special offers, like free shipping or discounts. Also, you could create special events where those people are invited, give them a say in what products you’re launching next or even give them early access to products which are not been released yet.
Make their shopping experience easy.
Did you ever shop on a website where the website was slow, and when mistakes were made they weren’t solved? If yes, did you shop there again? Probably not.
Make sure your website is working properly and is responsive. Make sure it runs well on both computer devices and mobile devices. Did something go wrong with the customer’s order? Make sure the problem is solved quickly and make it up with the customer.
