Make your customers feel appreciated.
Your customer should feel proud to have placed an order on your website. Thank them by giving them a nice handwritten note saying ‘’thank you for shopping with us’’ or send them a nice gift with the order.
Give your customers a personal experience.
Your customers should feel like they’re part of your company. You could easily do that by greeting the customer by their name if they’ve created an account (which they have to make when they order).
Make your loyal customers feel special.
You could do this by giving them special offers, like free shipping or discounts. Also, you could create special events where those people are invited, give them a say in what products you’re launching next or even give them early access to products which are not been released yet.
Make their shopping experience easy.
Did you ever shop on a website where the website was slow, and when mistakes were made they weren’t solved? If yes, did you shop there again? Probably not.
Make sure your website is working properly and is responsive. Make sure it runs well on both computer devices and mobile devices. Did something go wrong with the customer’s order? Make sure the problem is solved quickly and make it up with the customer.
