The Project
CCM Facilities is a well-established commercial cleaning supplier as well as providing other services such as hospitality & catering to reception & security through their network of supply partners.
We were first approached by CCM to redesign their whole website on WordPress, followed by handling their social media accounts on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram.
What Snob Monkey did
Regarding their website, CCM wanted a simpler layout that clearly portrayed their mission statement and values
The aim for CCM’s social media was to promote their wide range of commercial services as well as connect with the audience by keeping them informed about news and updates. However, to avoid their content being too serious; we created #CleaningHack posts as a fun and quirky incentive for their audience
Hashtags are also important for CCM to distinguish the type of content being promoted. For example, #CCMBusiness for important news and #LifeAtCCM for employee updates
THE RESULTS
CCM’s social media accounts have rocketed this past year since running campaigns and mixing the serious content with some quirky posts. Their post engagement rate shot up by 4043% this past month (September 2020) and is receiving more positive feedback from their audience.
CCM were very pleased with the new website layout as we were able to create a layout that revealed their additional services whilst remaining simple and sticking to the CCM colour schemes
