The Project
Creams Café started back in 2008 and the first UK franchise took 2 years of meticulous research and planning until it was finally set up. After several trips to Italy, the authentic gelato ice cream was carefully selected to bring their customers the very best quality of ice cream desserts.
Creams approached us during their early days of setting up their third cafe and challenged Snob Monkey with a lot of different tasks from graphic design and video animation, to SEO and social media management. This involved developing their branding, menus and video slideshows for their in store screens. As a unique up and coming business, we were thrilled and excited to be taking on such as project.

Results
High-quality photographs were provided on all social media platforms which were handled by Snob Monkey. We dedicated the time to personally make visits to branches to take photographs. When it came to website development, we only helped out in small areas. However, it was important to use plenty of visuals as their main selling point and attraction.

Google Business view 360
We created an immersive and engaging 360-degree virtual tour of Creams’ premises allowing them to showcase their business on Street View, directly accessible from Search, Maps and Google Business page. All of our trusted photographers are trained & certified to ensure high-quality results and take care of all the work so you don’t have to. Snob Monkey is a certified Google Agent.
RESULTS
Since working together, Creams Café have expanded to 85 branches nationwide. By dedicating all our content and posts for one, overall social media account we were able to and develop it as the business grew. Today (2020), Creams Café have over 189,000 likes and are booming on all over social media accounts.
Creams were pleased with the graphic design and video animation that we made which assisted in their expansion to café branches. The videos produced by Snob Monkey are now presented in all their various branches and all designs made by us have remained the same.
