The Project
MBS Property are an office supplier within the London area. They offer a traditional agency approach by having an expert accompany you in office viewings. This saves you time and energy securing a space in the most time and cost efficient manner.
They wanted to not only change their social media strategy, but also update their logo and improve their email marketing. We also developed video creations for MBS that was then shared on their social media and websites.
What Snob Monkey did
Starting with their logo, MBS wanted to keep their orange and blue colour scheme but change the name from Matthew Blair to MBS Properties so that the logo represented the brand itself. We hand drew the first design which was approved straight away by MBS. Using the chosen logo, we then went on to develop video animations and YouTube videos using our professional camera and equipment.
Next, we came up with their social media management strategy toboost their online presence. Using Facebook and LinkedIn; we promoted all their top office spaces with additional offers, information about the MBS team to build their rapport and shared blogs related to their brand and industry to spark an interest within their audience.
MBS also wanted us to take over their email marketing to create more engaging and interactive emails delivered to their consumers or potential consumers. We delivered tips and how-to’s, weekly news about the company as well as special offers and promotions.
THE RESULTS
MBS have been extremely pleased with all the work that has been completed so far. The brand has been completely transformed from Matthew Blair, a small unknown firm to MBS Property, a highly recognised office space company with much more brand awareness. We at Snob Monkey can say for sure that MBS was one of our most exciting projects.
